Both photographers are capable of shooting 250-600 images per hour. Translating to more memories for the client.

5 PRO-EDITED IMAGES PER HOUR

For example, for 2 hours of coverage, your package will include 10 professionlly retouched edited images.

All unedited event images delivered in hi-res .jpeg format.

Includes your pro-edited images and all event images.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • We usually capture anywhere from 250-600 images per hour between two photographers.

    For example, for two hours of coverage, your guaranteed between 500-1200 images between two photographers. You’ll recieve a nice mix of images from two different perspectives which include group poses, candid, close-up and wide angle shots. Translating to an abundance of memorable moments which can be relived for a lifetime.

  • All event images will be uploaded to our dedicated cloud network. Within 3 business days you’ll recieve a link to all your unedited event images where you’ll view and select your 5+ images for professional retouching. Your selected images will then be polished for optimum results. We will make sure that you look your best!

    You’ll also have the ability to download select event images! This way, you can start sharing your favorite moments with your friends and family within a matter of days after the event!

  • Our professionally retouched images which include exposure (lighting) corrections, white balance corrections (if any), teeth whitening, eye enhancements, extensive skin retouching, flyaway hair removals, headswaps, object/people removal, object placements, cropping, color grading, and any special requests made by the client (ex., skin burn removal, tattoo removal, etc).

  • Your final pro-edited event images will be delivered together with all your unedited event images. Delivery method will include one USB stick and delivered to either a convenient drop-off location or Canada Post standard mail.

    Additionally, once your pro-edits are complete, while you wait for you USB, you’ll recieve a link to our dedicated cloud gallery where you can download your final high-res pro-edits to any smart device.

  • PRO-EDITS & UNEDITED JPEG IMAGES:

    Our procesing time of 10-15 business days begins immediately after your selections for professional editing. Your final pro-edited images will be delivered together with all your unedited event images. Delivery method will include one USB stick and delivered to either a convenient drop-off location or Canada Post standard mail.

    While you wait for you USB, you’ll also recieve a link to our dedicated cloud gallery where you can download your final high-res pro-edits.

    OPTIONAL: ALL RAW + EDITED JPEG IMAGES

    Your edited event images in high-res jpeg format will be delivered together with your RAWs and pro-edits via USB stick within 10-15 business days. The turn-around time begins after you have chosen your select images for pro-editing.

ALL RAW IMAGES RELEASE = $100.00

Included in your package when hiring Photos By Aaron for a minimum 3 hours.

ALL RAW + JPEG EDITED IMAGES = $150.00

Included in your package when hiring Photos By Aaron for a minimum 4 hours.

RAWS will be converted into high-res JPEG. Conversion process also includes batch edits of all your event images. The batch edit process focuses on exposure lighting corrections (if any), white balance corrections (if any), backdrop corrections (studio only: if any), color corrections, fabric wrinkle removal, teeth whitening, eye enhancements, eye vessel removal, and extensive skin retouching such as dodge and burn, healing, mattifier, portrait volume and skin tone balance.

ADDT’L PRO-EDITED IMAGE = $20.00

Professionally retouched images which include exposure (lighting) corrections, white balance corrections (if any), teeth whitening, eye enhancements, extensive skin retouching, flyaway hair removals, headswaps, object/people removal, object placements, cropping, color grading, and any special requests made by the client (ex., skin burn removal, tattoo removal, etc).

EXPRESS TURN-AROUND TIME = $150.00

The client will receive their images within one week.

50% booking deposit required via e-transfer to info@photosbyaaron.com. Remainder is payable by the day after the event via cash or e-transfer.

Deposit is non-refundable and can be reapplied to a rescheduled event or gifted.

No cancellation fee.
